Required products :

  • 120 grams of cold butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 tea cup whole milk

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper, an alternative is to grease the pan with oil.

Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add the butter and rub it with your fingers into the mixture to get crumbs. (You can save this effort by performing the procedure in a food processor with an S-shaped knife and make a few short pulsations).

Add the milk and stir to make a sticky dough.

Form cookies using a spoon (make a size you want) and bake them for 15-20 minutes, until ready. Wait for them to cool, then serve them slightly warm or at room temperature.
