Required products :
250 grams of fresh mushrooms
2 onions
2 tablespoons butter
30 grams of flour
1 cup fresh milk
1 teaspoon vegetable broth
thyme

Method of preparation :
Clean, wash and cut the mushrooms into cubes, peel the onion and chop finely. Fry them in butter for 7 - 10 minutes. Separate some of the mushrooms. Then add the flour, fry for 1-2 minutes and gradually start pouring in the vegetable broth and milk. Bring everything to a boil and turn off the stove. After it cools down a bit, beat the mixture with a blender (or mixer), season with salt and pepper.
Heat the soup a little, spread it on a plate, add the mushrooms and thyme.
