Required products :

1 chicken leg a
handful of rice
3-4 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
20 grams butter
6 mushrooms
1 bay leaf
salt, ground black pepper, parsley, green onion and other spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the leg, separating the foam formed during the process. Then chop the meat into pieces, return to the broth, which is salted to taste and add the rice.
After 5-7 minutes, put the peeled and diced potatoes and let everything boil.
Meanwhile, chop onions and carrots, stew them in butter. Add the mushrooms and 5 minutes later pour the mixture into the bowl with the soup.
