Method of preparation :
Put the peas and fillet in boiling salted water and cook for 30 minutes. Then remove the meat, cut it and return to the pan. Add the potatoes (peeled and diced), peas (drained of water) and cook for 15 minutes (maybe more if needed).
Fry the grated carrot together with the finely chopped onion. Once they turn red, add the mushrooms, mustard and let the products simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the porridge into the soup, add the turmeric, black pepper, salt and other spices you like.
After 10 minutes, turn off the stove and remove the pan from it.
Before serving the soup, sprinkle it with fresh parsley.
