Learn how to cook "Cheese with cream cheese and chicken filling". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
100 grams of softened butter
100 grams of cream cheese
100 grams of yellow cheese
1.5 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
3 tablespoons water
4 - 5 tablespoons finely chopped chicken a
pinch of salt
Preparation :
Mix the cream cheese with the softened butter.
Then add the water, finely grated cheese and mix everything.
Sift the flour into a suitable container, pour the yeast on top, stir.
Combine the two mixtures, kneading a soft elastic dough. Do not overdo the flour to avoid hard cheeses. Make the dough with a fork or spoon, no need to mix with a mixer.
Roll out, forming a rectangular sheet with a thickness of about 1 - 1.5 centimeters.
Fold it in 4 (like a handkerchief). Roll out once more and fold again in the same way. You should do this procedure 6-7 times.
After the last rolling, spread the shredded chicken on the layer. You can also use minced meat, pork, mushrooms, ham, corn, various vegetables or other stuffing of your choice.
When you distribute the filling, fold the dough into 4, cover with plastic wrap, a towel on top and leave for 50-60 minutes.
Roll out a layer about 2 inches thick. Cut into squares measuring about 2.5 - 3 centimeters.
Arrange the squares in a tray, the bottom of which you have previously covered with baking paper and let stand for about 15-20 minutes.
Before that, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Coat the surface of the cheese with a beaten egg and bake for about 30 minutes (until golden).
They are delicious both hot and cold.
