How To Cook Cheese With Butter, Garlic, Parsley And Cheese Crust - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of low-fat liquid cream
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2.5 teaspoons of water (amount is approximate)
  • 300 grams of cheese
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • 1 egg + 1 yolk
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the butter and cream, add the salt, baking soda, then the water and flour. Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Refrigerate to cool. When this happens, roll out in the form of a rectangle and spread on it the stuffing prepared from the shredded cheese, chopped parsley and garlic, the egg (if the cheese is soft enough, you may not use an egg).

 

Roll up a roll and cut it into pieces about 2 cm thick, arrange them in a tray, which is first covered with a sheet of parchment.

Coat their surface with egg yolk, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about half an hour in the oven (180 degrees).
