Rinse the canned snails with cold water and place on a napkin.
When slightly dry, carefully remove the fleshy part of the shell and cut off the black tip.
Wash and dry the shells.
Add the finely chopped shallots, parsley and garlic to the softened butter. Season and stir.
Grind the snail meat and combine with the aromatic oil.
Fill the prepared "houses" with this combination, which you arrange in a pan with the oil on top.
Before serving, place in a preheated oven for 7-8 minutes.
