Required products :

1 oil pie crust with a diameter of 23 centimeters
3 eggs
1 1/4 tea cups sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon lemon zest, finely grated
pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the flour, melted butter, buttermilk, vanilla, lemon juice, grated lemon peel and salt. Stir.
Place the butter crust in a pie tin or in a pan of suitable size and pour the cream into it.
Bake for about 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Allow the caramel cream to cool completely before cutting the pie.
