Necessary products:

200 g bean

750 ml of water

1 onion

1 carrot

1 pepper

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon dried mint (or 2 fresh leaves)

3 tablespoons oil

2 tsp dried red pepper

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash the beans, it is desirable to soak it the night before in cold water (or for about 8 hours). Then drain the water and pour it with 3 cups clean, bring to a boil. Remove the foam and let it cook on low heat for about an hour. Meanwhile, wash the vegetables and onions and chop finely. Add them to the beans and cook for another 30 minutes. When everything is cooked, add the tomato puree, mint, dried pepper, oil and pepper. Mix everything and transfer the dish to a pot (casserole). Place in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated and a yellow crust has formed.
