The menu is based on the principle "eat often, but less". Stick to it for 5 days.
First breakfast (options)

Add 100 grams of cabbage salad with 2 quail eggs (boiled or raw) to one of these suggestions.
Lunch (best to be after 15:00)
Soup recipe
Boil fresh potatoes, fresh cabbage, tomatoes and grated carrots. Do not add salt. When you are not on a diet, you can build up the soup with a beaten egg with sour cream (or yogurt).
Salad recipe
Grate or chop cabbage, carrot, green apple, cucumber. Mix them in a suitable container and season with lemon juice or olive oil.
Dinner
Recipe for moussaka
Cut into large pieces zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, peppers, grate carrots and boil everything in its own juice in a suitable container without adding fat.
You can add garlic, also salt, pepper, some walnuts and mushrooms.
Continue the diet for up to 10 days, if you choose, adding to the menu (per day) 200 grams of cooked rice, 100 grams of salted fish and 20 grams of chocolate.
When you finish the regime, optionally make 2 days only of cabbage soup, to keep the results.
An option is to beat the soup with a blender, adding sour cream and drink 1 cup every 2 hours.
In the evening you are allowed to eat 200 grams of berries.
