Emmental is a type of cheese originating from the Swiss Alps. It is characterized by a rich, rich nutty taste and aroma, yellow color, semi-solid shape, usually round or cylindrical, with a porous consistency typical of this type of cheese.

 

Emmental is rich in nutrients, some of which are calcium, vitamin K, vitamin B12, zinc, vitamin A, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium and others.
