The essence of the diet consists in the consumption of 4 products: apples, lemons, meat (beef and chicken) and toast (rusks).

 

The quantities

Every day you should take:

  • 4 apples;
  • 1 lemon;
  • piece of lean meat (roasted or cooked without fat)
  • 3 toasted slices (can crackers)

 

This food is divided into intakes throughout the day.
